Training Facilities
Whether its workplace experience, training through simulations and role play or skills assessments the ETS facilities offer everything that are required and more in terms of Fire Fighting, Rescue, Hazmat, First Aid and Safety. Classrooms and ample outdoor space provide comfortable learning and assessment environments for students who come from all over the country and from many parts of the world. ETS is also equipped with all of the equipment required for learners to reach the knowledge learning objectives and skills objectives as set out in the various standards.
ETS can provide, under safe and controlled circumstances, a range of training, from fundamental compliance training in order to satisfy the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act, to more advanced qualifications and part-qualifications in the emergency vocations. The facility caters for the courses which include:
- Fire-fighting: Fundamental to Advanced levels
- Work from heights
- Rope and Confined Space Rescue
- Vehicle Extrication
- Hazardous Materials
- Fire Investigator
ETS is in the south of Gauteng between Meyerton and Vereeniging, next to the R59 a major route between Gauteng and the Vaal triangle, a 30 – minute drive South of Johannesburg.
